I am Kay Jurica, Owner of Home Helpers, a private duty care service that operates nationwide and serves communities throughout the Kankakee Valley area. We enable our clients to live healthier, happier and more rewarding lives in the comfort of their own surroundings. We extend a helpful hand to seniors who need help at home with daily tasks as well as those requiring more continuous care for dementia or Alzheimer’s.
We believe in caring for clients as if they were members of our own family. Our Home Helpers caregivers are thoroughly screened, bonded and insured and carefully chosen to meet the needs of our clients. Plus, every caregiver receives client specific training so they can provide companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping and so much more. These services may be provided for an hour or all day, a few days a week or 24-hour live-in care and are also available for those who are at retirement communities, nursing homes, and hospital or rehabilitation centers.
Choosing the right in-home care and private duty care services may seem difficult, but our private duty caregivers are trained to provide your loved ones with the best in-home services available. We are dedicated to providing private duty care you can trust, allowing your elderly loved ones to remain in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. Your family member or loved one will receive a broad range of services to allow them to remain independent and enjoy living where they want to-at home. Private Duty provides the necessary living assistance as well as freedom for elderly individuals in need.
Our primary goal of ensuring that you – or your loved ones – receive excellent care. Our caregivers are compassionate, capable, reliable individuals that we would trust to take care of our own family members. Each is selected and trained for your specific situation in order to insure the best possible outcome.
If you have a family member or loved one with special needs, we know that finding quality, in-home care is challenging and can often be overwhelming. Rest assured, our caregivers are extensively trained, and many have experience in specialty care, such as Alzheimer's, dementia, arthritis, hospice care, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, diabetes, mental and physical challenges, and others.
Our goal is to "Make Life Easier" for you and your family by exceeding your expectations.
